• Facilitating introductions between you and potential lenders

• Providing guidance throughout the application process

 

We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution. All loan terms, approval decisions, and funding are determined solely by the banking partners to whom we refer you.

 

 

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Your failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding: (i) the information and content you provide, (ii) the information and content you make available in any manner through the Service, and (iii) your interaction with any and all third parties, including banking partners and lenders.

Any attempt to enter false information or create duplicate accounts will be rejected and your account will be put on hold or terminated.

You assume all risk when using the Services, including but not limited to all of the risks associated with any interactions with third parties, including but not limited to any lenders to which you are matched, referred, or introduced.

Avanza Financial Solutions LLC may not be able to provide matches for every user seeking to use its Services. We make no guarantees regarding:

• The number of banking partners you will be matched with

• Your ability to obtain financing or credit approval

• The terms, rates, or conditions offered by banking partners

• The timeline for loan approval or funding

• The success of any loan application

You agree to provide accurate, true, current, and complete information and agree to not use the Service for any illegal purpose. You will only use the Service in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and for legitimate business or personal financing purposes.​​

 

 

No Financial Advice

We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Our services are limited to connecting you with potential banking partners. Any decisions regarding loan applications, terms acceptance, or financial commitments are entirely your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified financial, legal, or tax professionals before making any financial decisions.

 

 

Third-Party Banking Partners

Our Service involves connecting you with third-party banks, lenders, and financial institutions ("Banking Partners"). Each Banking Partner operates independently and has its own:

• Terms and conditions

• Privacy policies

• Interest rates and fees

• Customer service procedures

This license terminates when your use of our Service ends, except as necessary to fulfill ongoing obligations to Banking Partners.

 

 

Fees and Compensation

Avanza Financial Solutions LLC may receive compensation from Banking Partners when successful connections result in approved loans or financial products. This compensation does not affect the terms offered to you by Banking Partners and does not constitute a fee charged to you for our services.

We do not charge fees directly to users of our Service. Our compensation comes solely from Banking Partners for successful referrals.

 

 

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our Service. The Service may be described inaccurately or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our communications.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including availability of services or current loan products. Copyright Complaints

Avanza Financial Solutions LLC respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify us of your claim of infringement by sending the following written information to our designated copyright agent:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you such as an address, telephone number, and email address;

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, AVANZA FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF BANKING PARTNERS OR THE SUCCESS OF ANY LOAN APPLICATIONS OR FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AVANZA FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE

• ANY LOAN APPLICATION OR FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH BANKING PARTNERS

• ANY DECISION MADE BY BANKING PARTNERS REGARDING LOAN APPROVAL OR DENIAL

• ANY TERMS, RATES, OR CONDITIONS OFFERED BY BANKING PARTNERS

• ANY FAILURE TO OBTAIN FINANCING OR CREDIT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rialto, California.

 

 

Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Rialto, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
